Today, our company conducted a trial run of the Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen. This unit is specifically designed for screening quartz powder for one of our clients. The primary goal of this test was to assess the equipment’s performance, stability, and efficiency.
The task at hand was to separate the quartz powder into three distinct mesh classifications: below 200 mesh, 200 – 320 mesh, and above 320 mesh. As seen in this video, the vibrating screen kicked off smoothly and rapidly. Throughout the operation, it maintained stable vibration, with an amplitude precisely meeting the design specifications. The screening results were outstanding, efficiently sifting materials across different mesh sizes.
